Swati Shekhar Wins Bronze in 2021 Stevie Awards® for Women in Business

I am pleased to share that Swati Shekhar, Ground Labs head of engineering, is a Bronze winner in the 18th annual Stevie Awards® for Women in Business under the category of “Woman of the Year – Technology.”

The Stevie Awards® for Women in Business honors women executives, entrepreneurs, employees, and the companies they run – worldwide. These awards have been hailed as “the world’s premier business awards.” This year, over 1,500 entries were submitted for consideration in more than 100 categories.

I’d like to personally congratulate Swati and bring attention to the creativity and tenacity she has brought to Ground Labs since joining in 2019. Swati and her team have broadened the company scope of offerings from solely PCI to additional compliance sectors like healthcare, hospitality and more with a solution called Enterprise Recon.

In response to the pandemic, Swati also helped to lead and launch Ground Labs’ Enterprise Recon NOW, which gave companies complimentary access to tools that scanned their workstations and helped to safeguard data in an environment with increased data security and compliance concerns.

Swati has championed a paradigm shift here at Ground Labs related to how products and ideas are researched, shaped, developed and shipped. Now, Ground Labs executes against a strategic roadmap and is becoming a more proactive and visionary company.
